Starte sehr langsam in einen kurzen Radtag. Um 10 Uhr fr\u00fchst\u00fccke ich in Ferryville.<\/p>\r\n

    Es geht \u00fcber Rolling Hills nach Gays Mills – am Ende auf einer rasanten Abfahrt an den Flu\u00df Kickapoo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Kurze Zeit sp\u00e4ter treffe ich die komplette Berliner Familie – lade mein Gep\u00e4ck in deren Auto und fahre weitere rund 220 H\u00f6henmeter auf die Farm der Gro\u00dfeltern der Gastfamilie von Antonia. Nach einer kurzen Irrfahrt bin ich eine Stunde sp\u00e4ter dort.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Nancy und Tom sind ganz reizende Herrschaften und wir verbringen einen relaxten Nachmittag auf dieser wundersch\u00f6n gelegenen Farm.<\/p>\r\n

      Es gibt viel zu erz\u00e4hlen – Tom zeigt uns bei einer Cartrundfahrt das gesamte Land das zu der Farm geh\u00f6rt. Hier oben leben sehr viele Amish-People – die Pferdewagen muten etwas aus der Zeit gefallen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Den Abend verbringen wir in einer gro\u00dfen Runde mit Antonias Schulkollegen in einem wunderbaren Haus etwas au\u00dferhalb von Gays Mills.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Ich bin sehr froh diesen Abstecher gemacht zu haben – es waren sehr sch\u00f6ne Stunden, die wir zusammen verbracht haben – mit unvergesslichen Eindr\u00fccken.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
