{"id":195,"date":"2010-05-24T20:42:35","date_gmt":"2010-05-24T19:42:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/guderley.com\/?p=195"},"modified":"2010-05-24T21:40:44","modified_gmt":"2010-05-24T20:40:44","slug":"fregenal-bajadoz-km-stand-726","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/guderley.com\/?p=195","title":{"rendered":"FREGENAL (Bajadoz) Km-Stand: 726"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ich habe Sevilla am Sonntag gegen Mittag verlassen und nach ungef\u00e4hr 45 km bin ich in der Pampas angekommen, auf rund 40 km knappe 1000 H\u00f6henmeter und das mit 20 kg hintendrauf und bei rund 30 Grad, das war heftig. Angekommen bin ich dann in einem Nest namens El Alamo (so was gab es fr\u00fcher bei den Western) dort musste ich um Wasser betteln, habe ich auch bekommen. Die Nacht habe ich dann auf freiem Felde in meinem Zelt verbracht, aufgestellt war es schnell, aber eine sinnvolle Ordnung im Zelt ist mir noch nicht gelungen. Die Nacht war auch ziemlich unruhig, da schleicht so allerhand Getier herum und dann kommen schon mal &#8222;dumme Gedanken&#8220;. Aber romantisch war es trotzdem, ein toller Sternenhimmel und ein Supermond.<br \/>\nHeute ging es dann rund 1700 H\u00f6henmeter auf gut 100 km durch die Sierra Aracena, das war was zum Beissen. Sehr beeindruckend ist das Gebiet rund um Rio Tinto. Mittlerweile habe ich Andalusien verlassen und bin in der Region Extremadura.
