Epernay (502 km)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Der oft kritische 4. Tag f\u00fchrte uns von Bar-le-Duc (bei leichtem Nieseln) durch Lothringen hin\u00fcber in die Region Champagne-Ardennes. Aus BLD hinaus begleitete uns Philip Veche mit seinem Auto, damit wir auch den richtigen Weg einschlagen konnten. Die Beine waren gut und so rollten wir bei relativ flachem Gel\u00e4nde flott durch die franz\u00f6sische Landschaft. Mittlerweile sind wir als Dreier-Team auf den R\u00e4dern exzellent eingespielt und merken sofort wenn der Rhythmus gest\u00f6rt wird. Michael hat ein leichtes Knacken im Tretlager, wenn es nicht schlimmer wird k\u00f6nnen wir das bis Chichester akzeptieren.<br \/>\nMit gutem Tempo erreichten wir Vitry-le-Francois, wo wir wieder mitten auf dem Marktplatz von unseren Begleitern hervorragend versorgt wurden. Franzl zauberte sogar frischen Espresso aus der nahegelegenen Bar herbei. Als Mittagstreff hatten wir Chalons-en-Champagne verabredet und dort g\u00f6nnten wir uns ein kr\u00e4ftiges Mittagessen in einem urigen franz\u00f6sischen Restaurant. Pl\u00f6tzlich war auch die Sonne wieder da und wir machten uns auf den Weg nach Epernay. Beim Verlassen von Chalons \u00fcberholte uns eine Radpsportgruppe und wir schlossen uns an diese, doch eher sehr professionell wirkenden Fahrer, an. Die Folge war ein H\u00f6llenritt \u00fcber 20 km mit einer Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit von weit \u00fcber 30 km\/h. Mit gut 120 km in den Beinen beendeten wir den Radtag in Epernay, mitten in der wundersch\u00f6nen Landschaft der Champagne. Ein nette Champagnerprobe und eiin gutes Abendessen rundeten diesen Radtag ganz prima ab. Morgen stehen uns etwa 140 anspruchsvolle Kilometer in Richtung Norden bevor.
