Morgens regnete es leicht. Nach dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck hatte es aufgeh\u00f6rt und sollte auch den ganzen Tag trocken bleiben, ziemlich frisch auf dem Rad – zum Nachmittag hin immer mehr Sonne. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Ich muss mich erst wieder ans l\u00e4ngere Fahren gew\u00f6hnen, sitze noch nicht richtig locker auf dem Rad. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In Heilbronn g\u00f6nne ich mir ein frisches Veggie-Panini und einen gr\u00fcnen Smoothie. Den Energie-Kick habe ich auch gebraucht. Aus Heilbronn hinaus ging es ca 1.5 km steil hinauf – auf dem Arms\u00fcndersteig – so \u00e4hnlich habe ich mich auch gef\u00fchlt. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Bei km 75 mache ich ein Kaffee-P\u00e4uschen und setze mein neues Espresso-Equipment ein. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Um 17 Uhr ist nach 90 km in \u00d6hringen Schluss. Quartiere mich im W\u00fcrttemberger Hof ein und regeneriere unter der warmen Dusche. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
