Hier in Liep\u0101ja (hie\u00df mal Libau), der immerhin drittgr\u00f6\u00dften Stadt Lettlands, ist es ein wenig trostlos am Sonntagnachmittag. Die Stadt mit ihrem Kriegshafen spielte im 2. Weltkrieg eine wichtige Rolle. Sp\u00e4ter haben die Russen im Stadtteil Karosta wichtige milit\u00e4rische Einrichtungen unterhalten. Ist alles dem Verfall preisgegeben.<\/p>\n
